Description
Each piece is designed and created from scratch in Durham, North Carolina from 14 gauge galvanized cold-formed steel (CFS). The ornament can be left unfinished, or sandblasted for a shimmer effect under lights. A ribbon is added for easy attachment to tree. Each ornament will go into it's own sleeve to protect from scratches during mailing.
CFS is resilient, adaptable, durable and does not decay or age as quickly as other materials like wood. It is one of the most sustainable materials in the world. It can be easily recycled and non land-filled when its useful life is completed. CFS exhibits a minimum recycled content of 25% and The Steel Recycling Institute announced that the current recycling rate for steel has reached a record high of 86%!
